Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Heart Failure Clinic. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards and procedures.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication while supporting a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life and reduce hospitalizations in patients

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
