Job summary

Lifepoint Health® seeks an Echocardiography Technician in Beckley, West Virginia, to support cardiac imaging through high-quality echocardiograms. This role includes reviewing patient histories, performing imaging procedures, and educating patients on their exams.

Candidates must have an Associate’s degree, Basic Life Support certification, and preferably 1 year of experience. The position offers comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Must hold a current Echo registry; ARDMS registry or registry eligible is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and physician's orders.
• Positions patient and performs imaging procedures.
• Educates patients regarding procedures for better understanding.
