Qualifications

Summary

Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Hearing Representative to join its growing Workers Compensation practice.

Responsibilities
  • Represent injured workers or employers (depending on firm focus) at WCAB hearings, conferences, and trials under attorney supervision
  • Prepare case files for hearings, including medical summaries, statements and exhibits
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, claims adjusters, and WCAB judges
  • Review and analyze medical reports, legal documents, and evidence to support case strategy
  • Draft hearing reports and update attorneys and clients with outcomes and next steps
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation and post-hearing procedures as needed

Salary Range

$65,000 — $85,000 USD
