Beltone, America's Best Hearing Care Retailer, is hiring a Hearing Care Professional/Trainee in Fergus Falls, MN. You will promote and sell hearing devices, educate patients on their options, and travel to clinics to reach patients in need.

The role blends patient care with sales goals and career growth within a supportive team. The position offers base pay from $45,000 to $60,000 plus commission, benefits, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Ability to travel within the area.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling hearing care products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Travel across the area, visiting clinics and meeting with patients.
