The candidate will work within Starkey Retail/Northland Hearing Centers with a focus on sales, clinical testing, and patient follow-up to grow a profitable office and deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Testing and diagnosis of hearing loss.
• Fitting and sales of hearing products and accessories.
• Counseling and follow-up services.
• Maintain a profitable office through patient-first care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Patient Journey Experience is top priority.
• Administer hearing tests per Starkey protocol and laws.
• Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management.
• Oversee marketing efforts for the office in coordination with National Marketing staff.
