AmeriCorps VISTA is seeking a Healthy Futures Associate to build capacity for improving access to health education and resources in LeFlore County, OK. The role focuses on partnerships, resource development, and sustainable tools for schools and community partners.

You will gather community needs, track outcomes, and prepare a year-end toolkit to sustain resources beyond the service year, while collaborating with nurses, counselors and local agencies.

Qualifications
