Vitality Bowls seeks a Team Member to support daily cafe operations in the Salt Lake City area. You will engage with customers at the counter, take phone orders, and help prepare our Açai bowls, juices, smoothies, and salads.

Training is provided to ensure accurate recipe knowledge and friendly service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety protocols, and working hardware registers during shifts.

Formación

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting).

Responsabilidades

• Display knowledge of recipes and communicate with staff as a team member.
• Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on phone orders.
• Maintain cleaning protocols and cafe organization.
• Follow Vitality Bowls policies and SOPs.
