A startup incubator is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to develop their own businesses, with support from serial entrepreneurs. You will build a startup, particularly in HealthTech, and get coaching in management to achieve product-market-fit. The role offers a salary while developing your startup and potential funding up to €500k. Requirements include a strong entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility willingness, and excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates are based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
• Willing to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as HealthTech.
• Receive support in hiring and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Participate in intensive coaching to prepare for funding.
• Iterate product until achieving product-market-fit and build a sales force.
