Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Orlando, FL is hiring immediately for a full-time Trash Technician. The role involves collecting, transporting, and disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials in a healthcare environment, with a Mon-Fri schedule and possible 6:00 pm - 2:00 am shifts.

Prior cleaning experience is preferred, with a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for growth within Crothall, a Compass Group company

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
