Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stock and distribute materials in a manufacturing setting. You will read shop orders, tag materials, and use forklift and pallet jacks to move items between warehouse and production areas.

Responsibilities include inventory, data entry in Oracle, and dispatching orders to maintain production schedules. A High School diploma and forklift or driving skills are required, with comfortable English reading.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Familiar with warehouse-related functions and safety.
• Able to prepare documentation and reports.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.
• Able to read and understand English; driver’s license or forklift expertise.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials using ladders, forklift pallet jack, or manual methods.
• Move materials to/from warehouse or production areas with carts or dollies.
• Dispatch production shop orders per schedule by planner or coordinator.
• Count, weigh, and record raw materials received or issued.
• Enter daily transactions into Oracle System terminal.
• Verify inventory counts as required.
• Maintain proper identification of materials with part numbers and lots.
• Ensure adequate storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Inform planner of material shortages to avoid downtime.
• Maintain security for the Printed Material area.
• Report defects in material handling equipment.
• Dispatch priority orders to meet production schedules.
• Maintain smooth flow of shop orders to optimize resources.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized to prevent accidents.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck; may drive company van.
• Participate in annual physical inventory as required.
• Complete required shop orders and material requisition documentation.
