Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to perform administrative and physical tasks in a warehouse, ensuring the timely distribution of products, supplies, and equipment to points of care within the network.

May operate forklift or other PIT as needed, with certification required. You will read and execute tasks per defined workflows, process product receipts, and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts while upholding safety and OSHA standards.

• Must be able to lift 25 LBS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high quality care.
• Read, follow, and execute tasks per instructions and workflow.
• Process receiving of product against purchase orders ensuring proper quantity and quality.
• Physical put away of product into locations.
• Maintain accuracy of material inventory and locations performing cycle counts as needed.
• Pick and pack material in an organized and logical manner in preparation for staging.
• Stage material for loading and shipping for final delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and receiving/shipping areas.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and audits against company standards.
• Conduct duties in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA standards.
