Job summary

HealthTrust Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support our healthcare network by stocking and distributing products, materials, and equipment to points of care. The role may involve operating a forklift and required certification.

You will read and follow workflow instructions, process receipts against POs, and accurately put away items while maintaining inventory integrity and a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Fork Lift Certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high quality care.
• Read, follow, and execute tasks per sequence defined by instructions and workflow.
• Process receiving of product against purchase orders ensuring proper quantity and quality.
• Physically put away product into locations.
• Maintain accuracy of material inventory and locations performing cycle counts as needed.
• Pick and pack material in an organized and logical manner in preparation for staging.
• Stage material appropriately in preparation of loading and shipping for final delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and working areas.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and ensure all job assignments are completed accurately.
• Conduct duties in a manner that promotes safety and complies with all OSHA standards.
