Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Service Agent for Visitor Parking. The role includes providing round-trip transportation for outpatient appointments, handling parking cash/credit transactions, and assisting visitors and employees with vehicle-related needs.

You will ensure safety and accurate documentation in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of driving experience, weekend/holiday availability, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year automatic driving experience.
• Standing, walking, visual acuity, manual dexterity, and ability to work in outdoor elements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and clear communication.
• Drive guest vehicles for valet parking and return them safely to designated locations.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with New Jersey motor vehicle laws and safety standards.
• Assist guests with wheelchairs and getting in/out of vehicles; maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel logs.
