Job summary

University of Missouri Health Care seeks a Motor Transport Operator to operate small- to mid-size vehicles for delivery, pickup and disposal tasks on a Wednesday–Saturday shift, on-site at Quarterdeck, Columbia, MO. Base pay ranges from $15.78 to $22.53 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Chauffeur driver license; class E or higher for Missouri residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate small to medium size motor vehicles for delivery, transportation, pickup and disposal duties.
• Transport employees and their tools to and from work destinations and operate a mobile phone/HHT for job assignments.
• Transport supplies, instruments, equipment, mail, records, etc. to and from various facilities.
• Pick up and dispose of trash, chemicals, and organic material; load and unload materials.
• Perform routine driver maintenance including observation and reporting of vehicle defects and safety.

Education
