Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a skilled coder/trainer to manage physician networks and guide EHR-related workflows. You will map data to new systems, develop training curricula, and lead programs across departments to optimize risk adjustment and quality of care.

The role requires current CPC certification, familiarity with MA plans or Medicare Advantage, and proficiency in Excel and billing systems. Strong communication and privacy compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training preferable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified coder with experience in MA plans or insurance companies.
• Experience with electronic billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage established physician network for business development through system integration and trouble shooting.
• Consult with physician offices to develop training curriculum and map data from current system to new EHR system.
• Develops customized training plans complying with regulations and practices of physician specialty and payers.
• Conduct major training programs coordinating inter- and intra-organizational resources.
• Review medical records to identify risk adjustment opportunities and improve quality of care.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy compliance and confidentiality in all duties.
• Assist with billing claims and collection efforts and support coding guidance to management.
• Analyze data and generate reports using Excel pivot tables and trend analysis.
