Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in any field.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users and shape their experience.
• Involve in the training process from instructional design to materials and scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content.
• Assist organizations to develop their training and improve software usability.
