Job summary

Maury Regional Health is seeking a Manager of Technology Architecture to lead enterprise IT architecture, ensuring secure, interoperable systems across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.

You will guide decisions on EHR platforms, interoperability standards, and cloud/data platform modernization while partnering with clinicians and executives to drive safe, efficient patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 10 years within Information Technology field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain enterprise IT solution architecture standards supporting clinical care delivery and operations.
  • Provide architectural leadership for EHR platforms and related clinical systems.
  • Guide architecture decisions for interoperability (HL7, FHIR, APIs) to support data exchange with partners.
  • Ensure architectures comply with HIPAA, HITECH, data retention and privacy requirements.
  • Establish architecture governance ensuring security and scalability across applications and infrastructure.
  • Lead modernization of legacy systems and adoption of cloud/data platforms with minimal clinical risk.
  • Collaborate with information security for cybersecurity controls and patient data protection.
  • Evaluate vendors and platforms for architectural fit and long-term value.
  • Develop multi-year technology/architecture roadmaps aligned with patient care and regulatory mandates.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and executives to meet technology efficiency goals.
