Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a data & analytics professional to lead test data manufacturing and de-identification for US healthcare payer data. You will own data masking and sub-setting across environments, mapping data flows and extracting data dictionaries.

Required: deep healthcare payer domain knowledge, hands-on IBM Optim or Informatica TDM experience, and ability to collaborate with on-site and offshore teams to meet milestones while ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with Healthcare payer data workflows.
• US Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong test data manufacturing through UI/front end.
• Understand end-to-end data flow across systems.
• Solid healthcare data knowledge and terminology.
• Excellent project planning and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and reporting capabilities.
• Able to work with limited supervision in a team with on-site/offshore resources.
• Certified in Database Administration/ Programming/ Informatica TDM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own solutions for production data de-identification and data sub-setting.
• Analyze application landscape and extract data dictionaries from sources.
• Define relationships between databases and tables; understand data dictionaries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement data de-identification and refresh.
• Groom Informatica TDM best practices and architecture.
• Ensure data integrity across applications, products and lines.
• Lead reporting on subset metrics and governance framework adoption.
