You will process daily purchase requests, monitor stock levels, and ensure adherence to policies and contract obligations, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the organization’s values.

Formación

• Requires 1 year of formal education beyond high school or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in purchasing and accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Enter daily departmental requisitions in accordance with hospital supply chain policies and ensure same-day entry.
• Monitor vendor performance and communicate with vendors and Supply Chain Agents as needed.
• Prepare reports on supply utilization and cost analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to develop product needs, inventory levels, and potential suppliers.
• Assist with bidding processes and capital equipment projects in coordination with leadership.
