Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an early-career professional to provide coordination and support for Supply Chain initiatives. This role involves project documentation, meeting coordination, data collection, and on-site implementation activities in a healthcare setting.

The position supports inventory management, product conversions, facility onboarding, and process improvement efforts, contributing to consistent project execution and customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• In lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted.
• 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, inventory control, administrative coordination, customer service, project support, data reporting, or a related field; Healthcare, inventory management system, ERP, or project implementation experience preferred.
• In lieu of degree a total of six (6) years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Supply Chain operational initiatives across Piedmont Healthcare.
• Assist with project documentation, meeting coordination, data collection, status tracking, communication, training logistics, and on-site implementation activities.
• Support inventory management programs, product conversions, facility onboarding, process improvement efforts, and supply chain technology initiatives.
