We are seeking a dynamic Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant / Associate Director to lead initiatives, drive data-driven improvements, and guide client teams toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Experience leading consultant teams in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead initiative teams in driving improvements for clients using data analytics and operational process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure delivery of healthcare services.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor success of strategies and operations.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to growth.
