Job summary

NTT DATA Services is hiring a Managing Director, Strategic Pursuit Lead - Healthcare to drive end-to-end pursuit activities across the Healthcare portfolio. You will lead interactions with clients, sales leaders, consultants, and delivery teams to craft compelling business and technology solutions that meet client needs and accelerate growth.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise sales, complex deal structuring, and executive client engagement, with a proven track record of winning

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, complex deal pursuits, consulting sales, or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years leading strategic sales pursuits and closing complex opportunities.
• 8+ years closing large-scale deals (> $50M) with multiple stakeholders and technology domains.
• 5+ years in Healthcare Payor industry.
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and execution of strategic pursuit engagement plans across teams.
• Engage with customer leaders to understand priorities and challenges.
• Manage relationships through pursuit lifecycle from origination to closure.
• Develop winning strategies aligning capabilities with business goals.
• Lead solution design, orchestration across partners and client organizations.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, enterprise architecture, delivery, and leadership.
• Ensure solutions meet business outcomes, requirements, and financial expectations.
• Facilitate executive presentations and strategy sessions to position as a transformation partner.
• Identify innovative approaches utilizing emerging technologies and market trends.
• Support negotiations, risk assessments, and governance for deal closure.
