Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedures.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance; reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or service reports for management to meet quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact person for employee questions, complaints, or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage career development within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
