Job summary

Florence Presbyterian Community is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Server to help create a warm, homelike experience for residents. The role requires setting up dining spaces, delivering meals, and supporting care teams while maintaining a high standard of service.

Schedule includes weekdays 6am–2pm and weekends 12pm–8pm rotations. This full‑time position offers competitive pay, PTO, and advancement opportunities within a nonprofit community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience serving in restaurants or healthcare helpful.
• Comfort with tablets or touchscreen devices on duty.
• Familiarity with modified diets (puree, soft diets).
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room, stations and assist with functions.
• Deliver food trays to the healthcare center and assist as needed.
• Bus and clean as necessary.
• Serve meals in dining areas of the Community.
• Assist in delivering food carts to all areas of the Community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities of a Healthcare Server:

Requirements:
