Job summary

Whitsons is seeking a Healthcare Server to deliver meals to patients with care and dignity in a hospital setting. You will interact with patients and healthcare staff to ensure compassionate, accurate service at every shift.

Qualifications

• Must complete all Whitsons and government-mandated training as required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional food service experience; school nutrition or institutional experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to speak/read English sufficiently to understand safety requirements and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to patients in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Ensure meals are accurate and meet individual dietary needs.
• Assist with tray setup and cleanup in patient rooms or dining areas.
• Communicate meal preferences and concerns to kitchen staff.
• Support sanitation and cleanliness standards in all food service areas.
