Allied Universal Security is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for a medical buildings site in Summerlin, NV. You will lead security staff, de-escalate incidents, escort patients, and ensure adherence to post orders and client requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in security, supervision experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role involves overnight/afternoon shifts with on-site training and potential CPR/PILB credentials.

Qualificações

• One year of security experience is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver's license for at least one year.
• Ability to pass background checks, including driving record.
• Proficiency with computers and tablets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Comfort with standing/walking during patrols.
• CPR certification and PILB guard card are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations and restrain individuals if needed.
• Transport deceased patients to the morgue when required.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to the emergency room.
• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime and monitor contract compliance.
• Inspect security personnel and assess performance on shift.
• Handle payroll review and incident report preparation.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce site post orders.
