Allied Universal in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Security Officer - Prevention Patrol to protect and assist clients in a healthcare manufacturing environment. This full-time, unarmed patrol role emphasizes customer service, situational awareness, and teamwork.

You will perform regular patrols, control access, respond to alarms and incidents, and maintain accurate logs while upholding a professional, patient- and staff-focused approach.

Formación

• Six months of security-related experience required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare manufacturing environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, controlling visitor entry, and documenting contractor, delivery, and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation, communicate observations to site leadership, and support a professional, customer-focused environment.
