Job summary

ViziRecruiter,LLC. is looking for a dedicated security professional to ensure the safety of the Montefiore Medical Center's patients, visitors, and associates. Key responsibilities include guarding entrances, responding to emergencies, and ensuring property safety.

The ideal candidate will possess a GED or High School diploma, complete an NYS-approved security training program and hold a current NYS security guard license. Experience in security or military is preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• Completion of an NYS-approved security guard training program and a current NYS security guard license are required.
• CPR/AED Card is required.
• Valid NYS Class 4 Driver's License is preferred.
• At least 3 years of security or military experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guard and secure entrances/exits for authorized access.
• Respond to emergencies and unusual situations.
• Check authorizations for removing property.
• Safeguard facility, patient, and associate property.
• Receive complaints and communicate with supervisor.
• Perform ancillary support functions as assigned.
