The role requires 1-2 years in security or related fields, healthcare experience preferred, and relevant certifications such as BLS. You will collaborate with hospital staff and law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field required
• 0-2 years of experience working in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification required
• IAHSS certification preferred or Facility Security Officer Certification preferred
• License in state if required

Responsabilités

• Patrols all areas of the facility, clinics, and grounds to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Provides assistance to visitors and escorts individuals as needed.
• Monitors surveillance cameras and inspects property for security risks.
• Investigates and documents reports of suspicious activity and safety concerns.
• Responds to alarms and emergencies to resolve issues safely.
• Secure premises by locking access points after hours.
• Directs traffic, enforces parking regulations, and assists with crowd control.
• Collaborates with hospital staff and law enforcement as needed.
• Completes and maintains incident reports and logs.
