Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer, Full Time Unarmed, for a clinical area in Thornton, CO. You will patrol healthcare facilities, maintain a visible presence, assist patients and staff, and follow established security procedures.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year security experience, hospital vaccination compliance, and the ability to work in a hospital morgue. A background check and drug screening may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• 18 years of age or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate patrol documentation.
