Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while enforcing security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, and entrances.
• Respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies following protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and access control.
• Document patrols and incidents and report to site leadership and responders.
