Job summary

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is looking for a Security Officer I in Kennesaw, GA, to ensure the safety of patients and staff. The role includes patrolling, responding to incidents, and writing reports. This position also requires competencies in security technology, communication skills, and the ability to manage crises effectively, working Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, fire, military, safety, EMS, or customer service.
• Valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP) Tier 5, or equivalent, within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Children’s vehicles as needed.
• Patrol assigned locations on foot or in a vehicle.
• Report irregularities related to security and safety.
