Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in Security, law enforcement, or military.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of practice and a clean DMV record.
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) training and firearms training.
• IAHSS Certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire/promotion.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of the FTO Program within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all company safety and security rules, regulations, and policies on company property.
• Conducts routine inspections of on-site and off-site locations.
• Investigates accidents and incidents and reports them promptly.
• Performs opening/lockdown of buildings as directed by Administration.
• Participates in emergency response and drills.
• Maintains annual certifications and completes required training on schedule.
• Interact with patients and staff professionally, respecting privacy and communication norms.
