Job summary

Acadia Healthcare's Lynn Comprehensive Treatment Center in Lynn, MA is hiring a Clinic Safety Liaison (Security Guard). This full-time role protects patients, staff, and property in an OTP setting, with early morning shifts and a focus on safety and customer service.

The position requires security experience, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort working in opioid treatment and healthcare environments. Growth opportunities exist within our MAT network and comprehensive benefits include

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years’ experience in security, corrections, or military is preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer facing setting preferred.
• Must be comfortable with working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists, direct and monitors all persons entering and leaving the Clinic property, including emergency vehicles and personnel.
• Interact with staff and patients in a professional manner at all times.
• Monitors parking area and lobby and reports concerns to director immediately.
• Keeps accurate notes reporting within Clinic systems.
• Communicates regarding admissions, visits and deliveries to staff.
• Performs light maintenance duties and repairs and changes light bulbs.
• Performs regular safety checks of smoke detectors, locked doors, alarm systems.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
