Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Consulting Principal, Healthcare Supply Chain (Logistics & Distribution) to lead product and delivery strategy across cold chain, clinical trial logistics, medical device distribution, and reverse logistics for healthcare and life sciences clients. You will combine industry expertise with executive-level client advisory and hands-on delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or medtech supply chain consulting.
• Deep healthcare supply chain expertise: cold chain, clinical trial logistics, device distribution, reverse logistics.
• Knowledge of DSCSA, FDA, HIPAA, import/export requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics strategy.
• Lead end-to-end clinical trial logistics engagements.
• Own medical device distribution and field logistics plans.
• Advise on reverse logistics strategy and opportunities.
• Set compliance standards with regulatory and operations teams.
• Build dashboards to track reliability, compliance, speed, ROI.
• Lead delivery teams and client workshops.
• Diagnose pain points and shape proposals.
• Manage key client relationships and deal strategy.
