Our client has been a leader in fashion-forward specialty apparel, primarily serving the medical and culinary professions, for over 40 years. They are a privately and woman-owned vertical retailer with a culture built on strong values, philanthropy, and a collaborative environment. They are expanding their net new business team and looking for a Remote Business Development Executive to join their sales team.

Job Description:

The Business Development Executive will drive company growth by expanding the customer base within the healthcare sector.

  • Proactively generate and qualify outbound leads, identifying and connecting with key decision-makers in healthcare systems and hospital groups.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to win new client business through employee uniform programs.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts and senior-level sales experience to negotiate and close new business agreements.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of proven outside sales success with the ability to bring on net new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and engage with key decision-makers within healthcare systems, hospitals, and major healthcare organizations.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Location: This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must reside within one of the following states: FL, GA, SC, OH, WI, MN, LA, CA, MO, TX, PA. Occasional business travel to industry events, tradeshows, and some on-site client visits; less than 25%.

Compensation: Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Total Comp: $150,000 - $200,000
