Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team, serving seniors in San Jose, Sacramento and Fresno.

You will drive enrollment by building relationships with community partners, coordinating outreach, and guiding prospective participants into the program. The ideal candidate has a marketing or healthcare background, at least one year in sales/marketing, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, health care administration, or a related field.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales and marketing role with exposure to healthcare or senior care.
• At least 1 year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve ongoing enrollment.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
