The Hanover Insurance Group, a trusted national insurer, is seeking an Allied Healthcare Risk Management Director to advance our Healthcare Professional & General Liability portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to insureds, agents, underwriting, and claims partners, delivering consultative risk management for eldercare and allied healthcare organizations.

Competenze

• RN with 5+ years in healthcare operations, risk management, patient safety, quality management, or related field.

Mansioni

• Conduct risk assessments of healthcare providers, including clinical operations and safety programs.
• Perform on-site facility evaluations for higher-hazard accounts (nursing homes, home health, clinics, pharmacies).
• Analyze loss trends, regulatory actions, and quality indicators to identify core risk drivers.
• Develop and deliver consultative risk management services, including written reports and action plans.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims partners to evaluate emerging risks and assist in portfolio improvement.
• Write risk alerts, educational materials, and presentations to support risk management strategy.
