Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Cycle Analytics stakeholders to gather and document requirements, metrics, and data definitions.
• Analyze source systems, datasets, and reporting structures to identify data relationships and gaps.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using ERwin or similar tools.
• Define entities, attributes, keys, relationships, granularity, and historical tracking.
• Design dimensional models with fact and dimension tables to support reports and analytics.
• Create source-to-target mappings and document transformation logic and data lineage.
• Collaborate with data engineering to translate models into data structures and workflows.
• Use SQL for data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Establish consistent definitions for revenue cycle metrics across reports.
• Support validation and UAT to ensure datasets meet requirements.
• Maintain data dictionaries and mapping specs.
