Prominence Health, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Medical Management Resolution Specialist (non-clinical) to support the Medical Management Department, ensuring complete information and timely responses to inquiries, and compliance with department policies, state and federal requirements.

This non-clinical role handles intake screening, data collection, and ensures licensed professionals are available for screening, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher preferred; relevant experience may suffice.
• Detailed knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-9/10 coding, and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in Utilization/Medical Management within a Health Plan environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations within the Medical Management Department.
• Handle intake screening and data collection for service requests.
• Ensure adherence to state/federal requirements and plan documents.
