Job summary

Sectra is seeking a Project Manager for its reporting solutions to lead customer projects deploying radiology reporting software. You will drive planning, kickoff, go-live, and stabilization, coordinating with healthcare organizations and Sectra teams worldwide.

This role requires managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivering on commitments while collaborating with IT, clinical, and operational stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing technology implementation projects.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive work forward without direct authority.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, countries, and time zones within a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer Reporting projects from planning and kickoff through go-live and project completion.
• Own overall project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring activities stay on track with customer commitments.
• Coordinate work across Reporting implementation resources, customer teams, and Sectra functions.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while tracking priorities, risks, and resources.
• Serve as primary project contact for customers throughout the lifecycle.
