Responsibilities

• Process patient referrals for the practices in the market.
• Coordinate scheduling of office visits for the referred patient.
• Assist patient with finding resources that accept the various insurances.
• Obtains pre-authorization from payers and communicates with insurance companies as needed.
• Logs in daily to system to check status of patients and updates patient charts.
• Set up referring providers, payers and chart mergers in the Electronic System.
