The ideal candidate has a BS degree or equivalent experience, 3 years in healthcare recruitment, and strong MS Office skills with excellent written and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment in healthcare is preferred.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle confidential information.
• Data analysis using recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and conduct interviews to fill openings.
• Coordinate offers and new-hire paperwork; maintain HR databases.
• Act as liaison between hiring managers and applicants; interpret compensation and benefits.
• Assist in policy development and HR planning; attend recruitment events.
• Support HR Directors and team with questions and issues.
