Job summary

JD Home Healthcare is seeking a Recruiter in St. Cloud, MN, offering a full-time hybrid role with a Monday–Friday schedule and $23.00–$30.00 per hour compensation. You will lead talent acquisition, collaborate with department heads, and ensure compliant hiring under Minnesota 245D regulations.

You will post ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding, while attending job fairs to build a diverse pipeline and maintain privacy across staff data.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must pass Minnesota DHS background study.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage job ads across platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens; maintain ATS records.
• Coordinate interview panels and logistics for virtual and in-person interviews.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding and 245D training requirements.
