You will develop recruitment strategies, source and assess candidates, and manage caregivers and field staff while building strong relationships with clients and referral sources. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach

• This is an office-based position
