You will build relationships with candidates and institutions, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and travel occasionally to Midwest facilities and events. The position emphasizes data-driven sourcing and a candidate-first experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with ATS and social media recruiting platforms.
• Willingness to travel to Midwest facilities and events.

Requirements:
