Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of recruiting experience
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two or more years of recruiting experience
• Healthcare recruiting experience, especially in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care

Location Requirement

This position supports facilities in the Augusta, GA market. Candidates should reside in or near Augusta, Georgia, and be comfortable traveling locally to nursing centers, career fairs, recruiting events, colleges, and community partnerships throughout the region.
