Maxim Healthcare is seeking an entry-level Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in East Houston, TX. The role includes paid training, mentorship, and clear growth paths, with base salary plus COLA and weekly commissions after the training period.

Initial pay as a Recruiter Trainee is $22.84/hour for the first 3 months, followed by a $50,000 base salary plus $2,500 COLA and weekly commissions. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive onboarding program are provided.
