Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Software QA Automation Engineer to enhance automated test suites across DB, API, UI and mobile platforms. You will write code and scripts to maximize coverage, work with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to embed testing into the software delivery process.

The role requires strong programming ability, deep experience in Selenium/TestNG/Appium, and a solid understanding of performance and non-functional testing concepts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python) and able to structure code.
• Extensive experience in functional testing and QA automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Appium).
• Strong performance testing experience and identifying performance issues.
• Basic knowledge in non-functional testing (Security, Accessibility) and applying accordingly.
• Ability to query databases and verify data integrity.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain automated test suites by writing code and scripts to maximize test coverage.
• Utilize and maintain test frameworks to enable automated testing across DB, API, UI, Mobile, etc.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate testing into the development process.
• Evaluate test results to identify issues and improve build stability before deployment.
• Conduct manual tests to identify issues automated tests might miss.
• Document test plans, cases, results and QA standards.
