Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer or Architect (PE or RA preferred).
• PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate architectural and engineering projects.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead multi-discipline teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and RFIs.
• Lead design reviews and oversee deliverables.
